General Terms & Conditions

GENERAL TERMS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded by Demo Travel with travel professionals. Any client acknowledges having read these terms before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.

PRICES / PAYMENT

  • Registration less than 21 days before departure: full payment required.
  • Registration more than 21 days before: minimum 25% deposit.
  • Balance due no later than 21 days before departure.

Exclusions: personal expenses, insurance, visa/vaccination fees, optional excursions, excess baggage, beverages, taxes.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel ratings depend on local standards. Single rooms are limited and subject to a supplement. Double rooms may have twin beds or one double bed. Full board / half board: drinks not included unless specified.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

  • +21 days: €200 / person
  • 21–15 days: 25%
  • 15–8 days: 60%
  • 8–3 days: 75%
  • 2 days or less: 100%

No refund for interruptions, no-shows, or unused services.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION BY AGENCY

If Demo Travel cancels (excluding force majeure): full refund and possible compensation. In cases of force majeure: no compensation.

RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible for administrative and health formalities. Demo Travel is not liable in cases of force majeure or third-party events. Carriers remain solely responsible for travel-related liability.

CLAIMS

Any claim must be submitted by registered mail within 15 days after the trip, with an incident report.
